Sometimes, one seeks to deliberately degrade images, either to simulate a real phenomenon, such as motion blur, sensor noise and the like, or in the pursuit of a purely aesthetic effect ( Glitch Art). This filter pays homage to the American Bank Note Company, an engraver of financial paper, active on Wall Street from the 19th century until sixty years ago. Then let's continue with this amusing variant of the Rock-Paper-Scissors game, where each pixel in an image (whose initial random values represent either 0: a rock, 1: paper, or 2: scissors) plays consecutively with its 8 neighbors, keeping the element that won the most.
