Worse, it decided to limit the numbers to two digits before the decimal point instead of after, showing it doesn't understand the concept of dollars and cents. Worse, it's the sort of failure that might not be easy for a human programmer to find, so if you trusted Gemini Advanced to give you this code and assumed it worked, you might have a raft of bug reports later.
