Glasgow sex attack delivery driver was using someone else’s Deliveroo account when he assaulted woman
Muhammad Faizan Khan was not the named driver who delivered food to an east end resident and then carried out a sickening sexual assault on her own doorstep - because of a legal 'grey area'.
Muhammad Faizan Khan subjected JJ - who asked to remain anonymous - to a sickening sexual attack which left her bleeding, and which she believes was a factor in a pregnancy loss several days later. He was found guilty in December 2024 at Glasgow Sheriff Court, sentenced to 12 months in prison and placed on the sex offenders register in February this year. Delivery companies were previously warned in 2022 after a whistleblower told how a 'convicted child groomer' and 'one man with a rape conviction' were operating through rented accounts in Glasgow.
