GOG Preservation Program
GOG Preservation Program ensures classic PC games remain playable on modern systems. We make games live forever since 2008, DRM free.

No, because GOG can’t take over the responsibility for the game’s quality from the developer, as it is expected to be updated and expanded with DLCs, new editions, etc. We never want a game to be removed from the GOG Preservation Program, and at the time of this writing, we don’t see a reason it should happen.
