Google has announced that goo․gl links, which are used to shorten URLs, will stop working on 25 August 2025.

Google has announced that goo․gl links, which are used to shorten URLs, will stop working on 25 August 2025. Starting 23 August 2024, Google will start displaying an intermediate page "This link will no longer work in the near future" when clicking on a goo․gl link. Users will be able to go to the landing page by clicking "Continue" with the "Don't show again" option.
