Google announces Gemini 1.5 as it seeks the 'next generation' of AI
More "tokens" means Gemini 1.5 Pro can handle much more data, outputting greater relevancy and more.
The blog post states the latest model "delivers dramatically enhanced performance" and "represents a step change in their approach." Google states the new Pro model can analyze plot points, events, and "reason about" small details in videos or movies with length. Moreover, Google plans to expand this window to that initial 1 million token mark as more work is completed and testing proves positive.
