Google announces SOS calling for Pixel 9 phones. These are the first Android handsets to offer this feature.

While this is the first time a dedicated SOS mode is showing up on an Android phone, Apple has been offering the feature for a couple of years now. Today at its latest Made By event, Google showed off the Pixel 9 Pro Fold sporting a brand new design and an even larger 8-inch main screen. The Pixel Watch 3 finally comes in a bigger size, but manages to deliver a larger screen without adding much bulk.
