Google is met with $314 million class action suit fine in US over cell data 'misuse'

Google finds itself in court once again over its practices with Android user data over cellular connections.

Australia’s Competition & Consumer Commission stated that the Web & App Activity setting collected and stored "personally identifiable location data when it was turned on."
