Google just teased AR smart glasses, and you can already see how the software works


Google left the details of the AR smart glasses to the imagination. Blink during the brief Project Astra video, and you'll miss it.

Smart glasses are an AI-assisted wearable that can capture photos and videos, play music and podcasts, and even answer your most pressing questions, all through voice prompts. My colleague Kerry Wan wrote a glowing review of Meta's Ray-Ban smart glasses, admitting that he has swapped out his prescription lenses for the AI wearable, and ZDNET's Prakhar Khanna said that the glasses are his favorite tech product of the year in a recent article.
