Google's Project Gameface hands-free 'mouse' launches on Android


Google has open-sourced more code for Project Gameface, allowing developers to build Android applications that can use the hands-free "mouse" technology.

Last year, Ilya Sutskever admitted that he regretted the role he played in the sudden dismissal of OpenAI CEO Sam Altman and President Greg Brockman. As Google starts to make its latest video-generation tools available, the company says it has a plan to ensure transparency around the origins of its increasingly realistic AI-generated clips. At its I/O keynote, Google demoed a virtual AI teammate that can provide insights on a team's work using its own Workspace account.
