He mentions that it’s possible that Apple could theoretically unveil a headset ahead of a release next year, but all signs are pointing to new Vision Pro hardware launching in 2026 instead. Other analysts, such as Ming Chi-Kuo, had previously reported that Apple Vision Pro 2 would be on track to enter production in the second half of 2025. That includes a version of the Ray-Ban smart glasses from Meta Platforms Inc. and an AirPods-like vision device with cameras.
