The Haiku open-source operating system project inspired by BeOS had a busy month of June with a number of enhancements made to this OS. Haiku OS also saw some applications work on better HiDPI scaling support, more robust error handling was merged for the FAT file-system driver, the groundwork for Path MTU discovery was laid in its kernel, and a variety of other improvements made. Michael is also the lead developer of the Phoronix Test Suite, Phoromatic, and OpenBenchmarking.org automated benchmarking software.
