The company says your conversations are only “processed by OpenAI to provide you with a safe response and comply with applicable laws.” If you decide to continue a conversation that you initially started through an Apple integration in the ChatGPT app or website, then OpenAI processes your data in accordance with its privacy policy. If you connect your account to Apple’s integrations, your existing data preferences with OpenAI will apply.
