HORSE kicks off production of powerful 1.2L hybrid engines for EVs

HORSE Powertrain Solutions begins production of new HR12 turbocharged engine for PHEVs at its Valladolid, Spain plant.

HORSE Powertrain Solutions, a company equally owned by Renault and Geely, has officially started producing a new 1.2-liter, 3-cylinder turbocharged engine for plug-in hybrid-electric vehicles (PHEVs).
