At our GamesBeat Summit 2024 event, Amy Jo Kim of Game Thinking interviewed Anthony Lai, CEO of Tapblaze, and community marketing manager Yuni Cho about their success. That effort has helped the game climb the charts in China, Egypt, Brazil, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Mexico. We thought, “Hey, maybe we should try to localize the game in Arabic.” We picked Egyptian Arabic in particular because when we did market research, we found that Egypt is the hub of entertainment for the MENA regions.
