How to reshare Threads posts without quote posting

Reposting Threads entries without their quotes.

A photographer on Threads complained that “there will be a small watermark-like credit on the photo, but there won’t be a link back to your account.” Curious, I tried out the new feature, went to see if there was indeed no link back to the original post, and followed bryanhansel’s instructions for turning it off. When I tapped on the watermark, the original post — text and all — appeared directly above my repost.
