How to set up sleep schedules in iOS
You can set up your entire routine in the Health app.
You figure out how many hours you ideally want to get every night, then set a scheduled bedtime and wake time that suits that goal. Now, you’ll need an Apple Watch if you want specific sleep tracking data, though you can still set bedtime schedules without one. Drag the bed and alarm icons on the slider to your new times, and tap Done in the top right-hand corner.
