So there's this tremendous amount of goodwill that the organ contractors not only benefit from, but actively pay to perpetuate through good news stories, by sponsoring the Rose Bowl and professional sports teams. Think about a donor family agreeing to organ donation on the worst day of their life, and what it means if their loved one's kidney gets left on the airport counter in Atlanta, or gets delayed and then thrown in the trash in another part of the country.
