Hundreds of your Warner Bros DVDs probably don't work anymore

Due to the way WB manufactured their DVDs, virtually all discs pressed between 2006-8 are unplayable now.

Many of the titles affected, which range from classics like The Wild Bunch and The Shawshank Redemption to TV collections like T he Dukes of Hazzard, have been reissued on Blu-ray or digital HD. Chris Bumbray began his career with JoBlo as the resident film critic (and James Bond expert) way back in 2007, and he has stuck around ever since, being named editor-in-chief in 2021. A voting member of the CCA and a Rotten Tomatoes-approved critic, you can also catch Chris discussing pop culture regularly on CTV News Channel.
