Hydrow is adding a third model to its lineup of snazzy modern-day rowing machines, and this time it’s bringing along a dollop of AI. But what the company really wants to talk about is its new HydroMetrics Index, using AI to look at your workout and give you a single score at the end. When paired with AI, the system will also be able to offer up personalized workout recommendations that target your weak areas.
