Hyprland 0.51 is now available as the latest feature release for this unique Wayland compositor. Hyprland 0.51 bring a reworked gesture system is that is much more flexible than the prior implementation. Hyprland 0.51 also brings new configuration options, the scroll factor can be set for per-device configurations, new DPMS animations, fade in/out animations for Wayland-native pop-ups, and forcing 8-bit color screensharing by default to fix Chromium and Firefox screensharing issues.
