With the examples, I was quickly able to draw text and shapes on the screen, connect to the internet, show the battery status, and, importantly, display color images. Note that in my case, I had to use the (quite unusual) Basic HTTP Authentication mechanism—on most pages, you can skip the http_credentials=... and instead fill a login form with a username and password and click on the button. Occasionally, I am positively surprised by what special cases it is able to display, such as excursions in some hours, splits of the class into separate courses, room changes, rescheduling and more.
