I tried Meta Ray-Ban Display glasses, and they offer 2 breakthroughs to take us beyond smartphones

With a color display in one eye, a neural wristband, and software to tie it all together, the Meta Ray-Bans Display are now the most advanced smart glasses available for consumers to purchase.

Meta's hope is that smart glasses can help restore some of what we've lost by allowing people to stay in the moment more often. They also have a full operating system to take advantage of the display by allowing you to capture photos and videos, listen to music, invoke live captions during a conversation, get visual feedback for questions you ask AI, engage in WhatsApp messaging hands-free, and use AI to capture notes on important conversations. The wristband itself is made of a sturdy cloth material and uses a combination of a metal cinch and magnets to fit snugly around your wrist.
