StreamElement's latest report shows that July's Twitch numbers were relatively quiet except for Ibai Llanos' big event.

The event peaked at 3.85 million concurrent viewers, according to Streams Charts, likely in part because it featured several guests — including Will Smith as a headlining musical performer. StreamElements’ own charts show the “Special Events” category rising to the top spot in July, going up by 15% to 265 million hours watched, which the company attributes to La Velada. Ibai hosted his fourth annual influencer boxing tournament, which set a concurrent viewership record on Twitch and generated nearly three times as many hours as the runner-up streamer.
