Wynshop launched its platform in 2020 and provides online storefronts for grocers, working with clients such as Wakefern Food Corp. and Pattison Group. The acquisition is a significant step for Instacart, bringing the total number of companies it has acquired to six, including Caper AI, Eversight, FoodStorm, Rosie, and Unata.
