Instagram will start telling night owl teens to close the app and go to sleep


Teens who use Instagram late at night will soon see full screen prompts suggesting that they close the app and get some rest. Younger users won't be able to turn off these 'Nighttime Nudges.'

The biggest news stories this morning: Samsung announces the Galaxy Ring, Sheryl Sandberg is leaving Meta’s board, Sony is making an Until Dawn movie. Samsung has integrated some of its native camera features into Instagram and Snapchat, in order to boost the quality of uploaded photos and videos. Any Watch Series 9 or Ultra 2 model you buy from Apple will no longer have a functional blood oxygen monitoring feature in the US, at least for now.
