Intel Upstreams Firmware For Newer WiFi Chipsets On Linux

The Intel firmware binaries are now upstream for the BlazarU core has found within the Intel BE200 "Gale Peak2" WiFI 7, Intel AX211 "Garfield Peak2" WiFI 6E adapter, and Intel BE201 "Filmore Peak2" WiFi 7 adapter.
