iOS 19 brings ‘Stage Manager-like’ UI to iPhone with external display, per rumor
Per a new rumor, iOS 19 will bring major upgrades to the iPhone’s external display experience, with a ‘Stage Manager-like interface’ coming.
Today Majin Bu shared a rumor about two big productivity upgrades coming to iPadOS 19 this year. While not a full desktop mode, it will allow users to extend their screen space, great for presentations, editing, or enhanced viewing. I wonder if this Stage Manager-like feature in iOS 19 will serve as a precursor of sorts to proper multitasking coming to next year’s iPhone Fold.
