Is Dragon's Dogma 2 finally fixed with patch 7 for PS5 and Series X/S?

Oliver Mackenzie tests Dragon's Dogma 2 after patch 7 - is the game finally fixed, and what differences remain between the PS5, Series X and Series S versions?
