Is HR ready for AI?
Research suggests only 34% of organizations have policies for using generative AI, and even fewer have effective training programs in place.

The rate of adoption of AI for training and development, core HR, and performance management has doubled in the past two years. Valoir's research highlights that organizations must work hard to realize the full benefits of AI.
