The Fitbit Ace LTE's 5ATM basic rating means atmospheres and is not waterproof enough to go to the pool's deep end for long periods. A 20ATM rating is suitable for pressure equal to a depth of 200 meters and can be used in high-speed water sports, snorkeling, diving, and everyday activities such as showering and getting caught in the rain.
