It’s a spooky season miracle — Alien: Isolation is getting a sequel

You bring the motion tracker and I’ll bring the flamethrower

To celebrate the tenth anniversary of the release of Alien: Isolation, the developers at Creative Assembly has announced they’re working on a sequel. Rather than confront the xenomorphs directly, Alien: Isolation requires that Amanda complete her objectives while trying to avoid and escape them, arming her with franchise staple tools like motion trackers and flamethrowers. There’s also an Alien TV show set to debut next year, helmed by Fargo showrunner Noah Hawley.
