Jack Dorsey hits Tidal with another mass layoff: "We need to build like a startup again"


The streaming music service, founded by Jay-Z, has been owned by Dorsey's Block for several years.

Jack Dorsey told staff at music streaming app Tidal that they’re in for another mass layoff.
