Just Eat is selling Grubhub to Marc Lore’s Wonder for $650M


Marc Lore wants to make a “super app for mealtime.”

Wonder is owned by businessman Marc Lore, the former Walmart e-commerce CEO and part-owner of the Minnesota Timberwolves.
