KDE developers are on the final stretch of fixes and polishing ahead of the Plasma 6.4 release next Thursday. - Plasma 6.4 has improved the cursor smoothness and reduced flickering around Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) functionality. The change to the KWin compositor is for taking the minimum VRR refresh rate into account for cursor updates to help make the cursor smoother and help with VRR flickering if the minimum refresh rate is higher than 30Hz.
