KiCad 9.0 Released For Advancing Open-Source EDA
w available as the newest version of this leading open-source Electronics Design Automation (EDA) suite that can rival some proprietary solutions for designing PCBs and other electronic hardware. KiCad 9.0 is a big release that introduces the notion of "jobsets" for predefined output jobs, support for fully self-contained KiCad files via embedded files capabilities, multi-channel design support, documentation improvements, and dozens of other new features as well as many bug fixes.
