To fuel our hockey-stick growth, we’re looking for a passionate engineer ready to make an impact. This isn’t just another job - it’s an opportunity to be a founding member of a rocketship poised to redefine the future of product development. Responsibilities: Contribute to the technical vision and product direction as a core team member. Design, develop, test, and support features for our web and backend applications. Work with the latest large language models from OpenAI. Adopt or invent tools to scale our engineering efforts. Review code and provide constructive feedback to other developers. Debug and triage product issues by assessing business impact. Take ownership of projects from concept to production, ensuring high quality and speed. Tackle early-stage startup challenges with a can-do attitude. Requirements: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience building production software in a team environment. Curiosity to become an expert in the rapidly evolving world of LLMs. Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication. Passion for delighting customers. Adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
