Landed multiple six and seven figure, multi-year contracts with leading insurance enterprises. Launched strategic partnerships with industry leading software partners like Guidewire, Snapsheet, and PCMS. Kyber is backed by top Silicon Valley VCs, including Y Combinator and Fellows Fund. We’re looking for elite Enterprise BDRs to join our team, driving pipeline growth by connecting enterprise prospects with the Kyber value proposition. Responsibilities: You'll play a critical role in growing our enterprise customer base by: Executing Outbound Strategies: Identify qualified stakeholders and executive decision makers that align to Kyber’s ICP, conducting deep research for personalized insights Execute and lead outbound strategies (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging) Go all out in chasing leads creatively, from in person offices visits in NYC to scoping in person insurance informational events Creatively leverage AI-native tools (ex. AI-SDR) to scale outbound efforts Lasting First Impression: Represent Kyber in front of executive decision makers at conferences, events, and more. Managing Lead Pipeline: Use CRM tools (HubSpot) to optimize the lead pipeline. Collaborate closely with the Founder and Growth Team to strategically convert qualified leads into sales opportunities. Enhancing Sales Operations: Proactively participate in weekly sales meetings, reporting on pipeline health and activity metrics. Provide insights and feedback from prospects to refine our messaging and positioning. Able to appropriately understand and empathize with customer pain points to drive to an appropriate technical solution. Skilled at crafting compelling, personalized outreach. Relentlessly Resourceful: Able to think creatively and get crafty with the resources you have available to land massive clients. Handle endless rejection while consistently getting closer to the outcome you want. Team Player with an Owner’s Mindset: You thrive on problem solving and owning your business, and will roll up your sleeves to do whatever it takes to get things done. What to Expect as You Ramp Up: First Week Understand the Insurance industry landscape and the unique challenges claims teams face. Have a strong understanding of Kyber’s technology, value props, and ICP. Ramp up on CRM and prospecting tools Begin contributing ideas to enhance sales processes and identify areas of initial ownership based on prior experience Source and engage your first leads First Month Confidently understand and be able to clearly articulate how Kyber differentiates against incumbent solutions. Refine messaging based on persona and buyer, creating unique selling stories and cultivating champions within target accounts.
