Large Text Compression Benchmark

zpaq 1.03 takes as input a configuration file which describes the arrangement of components, their parameters, and the ZPAQL program HCOMP written one token per byte in a C-like syntax (e.g. "A=B" to assign B to A). zpaq v1.08(Oct. 14, 2009) adds the capability to compile ZPAQL configuration files and corresponding archive headers to C++ and link to a copy of itself to speed up compression and decompression. The sequence of strings starting with letters followed by a comma-separated list of numbers specifies various context models used by methods 3 and higher.
