Libreboot 25.06 released this week as the newest version of this Coreboot downstream focused on shipping only with free and open-source components. The Dell Precision T1700 isn't quite as bad but still mostly a museum piece or memory in the distant past with being a Haswell era system. In 2025 mostly useful if you are just demanding strict free software requirements for your system and can find a Dell Precision T1700 used for a very cheap price but otherwise remains a very tough sale like most of the other supported devices by Libreboot.
