Linux 6.17 EDAC Code Supports Several Newer Intel CPUs


The Error Detection And Correction 'EDAC' driver improvements were merged earlier this week for the ongoing Linux 6.17 merge window and with that comes a number of Intel hardware platforms now being supported.

The Error Detection And Correction "EDAC" driver improvements were merged earlier this week for the ongoing Linux 6.17 merge window and with that comes a number of Intel hardware platforms now being supported. The EDAC subsystem for dealing with memory controller error detection and related tasks saw a number of new Intel processors/platforms being supported with the new code in Linux 6.17.
