Last week I ran some early Linux 6.17 benchmarks showing some improvements and regressions when testing with AMD Ryzen AI Max "Strix Halo". Since then there have been some performance regression fixes along with addressing other early fallout from this fresh kernel code. The regressions originally seen on Linux 6.17 Git last week for at least the RDNA 3.5 / Radeon 8060S are now addressed and also some I/O gains stand out.
