Lucid announces pricing of upcoming Gravity SUV
Two trims: Touring and Grand Touring.
The company has applied a $7,500 discount on its Air sedan to make up for the fact that its vehicles don’t qualify for the federal EV tax credit. Lucid has also slashed the price on the Air several times in recent years as it struggled to generate demand amid a broader slowdown in EV sales growth across multiple markets. The company reported record deliveries last quarter but has also repeatedly turned to its majority shareholder, The Saudi Public Investment Fund, for more cash.
