Apple's Mac shipments are continuing to grow faster than the rest of the PC market, a report claims, as retailers prepare for an influx of tariff costs. In a report from IDC on Tuesday, global PC shipments in the second quarter of 2025 grew 6.5 percent year-over-year. According to IDC research vice president Jean Philippe Bouchard, it is expected that the U.S. market will cool down in Q3, following a buildup of inventory in the earlier stages of the year.
