Mesa 24.2.1 Released, Mesa 24.1 Series Comes To An End

Mesa 24.2.1 was released today as the first bi-weekly point release to the newly-minted Mesa 24.2 stable series

This also marks the Mesa 24.1 series from last quarter drawing to a close with one last point release. Mesa 24.2 was released in mid-August with many new features and improvements across the OpenGL, Vulkan, OpenCL, and video acceleration driver support found within this open-source codebase. There are various fixes across the Intel, RADV, ACO, NIR, and smaller Gallium3D/Vulkan drivers in that final point release.
