Mesa 24.3 Finishes The Years Long Effort To Phase Out The Old GLSL IR Linker

The result here is a cleaner code-base that current mesa devs can better work with, support into the future and better understand. Michael is also the lead developer of the Phoronix Test Suite, Phoromatic, and OpenBenchmarking.org automated benchmarking software.
