Mesa 25.1-rc3 & Mesa 25.0.5 Deliver More Graphics Driver Fixes

Eric Engestrom with Igalia continues doing a superb job managing the Mesa releases with today bringing the timely Mesa 25.1-rc3 release candidate as well as the new Mesa 25.0.5 stable point release.

There are a number of Intel and AMD driver fixes, enabling of VK_EXT_direct_mode_display support for the PanVK driver for Arm Mali hardware, RADV only enabling DCC for invisible vRAM on GFX12 (RDNA4), a workaround the the WWE 2023 game under Steam Play, and other random small fixes. Mesa 25.1 stable should be out in the next few weeks depending upon when the release is deemed ready for debut and without any blocker bugs. At the moment there is just one ongoing blocker around the Asahi driver code and Mesa 25.1-rc4 is scheduled for next Wednesday.
