It usually happens when selecting a Mesa driver that doesn't exist in release package used or it fails to initialize due to host system not meeting hardware requirements or lacking dependencies. The old behavior prior to 23.0.0 can be restored since Mesa 24.0.3 by seting CLON12_WARP_IS_HARDWARE environment variable value to 1. clover OpenCL stack has been removed from release package in 22.1.1 until Windows support is finalized as it's currently unusable. It is always a good idea to keep OpenGL context and shading language versions in sync to avoid programs confusion which may result in crashes or glitches.
