Meta is bringing a voice mode to its AI assistant, Meta AI, along with an Meta AI-powered translation feature for Instagram Reels.
Y Combinator CEO Garry Tan wants to bring the famed accelerator’s Demo Day presentations back as in-person events by the end of the year. Onstage during its Connect 2024 developer conference, Meta showed Hyperspace, a feature that lets users scan real-life spaces and explore them in VR. Back in 2019, Microsoft launched Dapr, a new open-source project that made building event-driven distributed applications easier for developers.
