Meta reportedly wants to expand its brick-and-mortar retail footprint to sell devices like the Quest VR headset and its Ray Ban glasses.
Meta wants to grow its retail footprint, Business Insider reported on Wednesday. A retail presence could also help Meta stay in competition with Apple’s future AR and VR endeavors, even though its Vision Pro headset is too costly for most consumers. Ahead of this, Bloomberg reported in February that Meta hired the former CEO of The RealReal as its retail VP.
